Do credits expire?
Never. Once they're in your account they stay there until you use them.
When do credits get used?
Only after you've used up a feature's weekly limit. Up to that point, everything draws from your weekly allowance — credits stay untouched.
What if something fails?
You're only ever charged for a successful result. If an analysis, chat, improvement, audit, or image generation fails, no credits are deducted.
When does my weekly limit reset?
Your week is a fixed 7-day cycle anchored to your signup date. Every feature's allowance resets at once when the cycle ends, and the app shows a live countdown to that moment.
Do unused allowances roll over?
No. Each cycle starts fresh — anything you don't use before the reset doesn't carry into the next 7 days.
Where can I see my usage?
In the app under Account → Usage. You'll see how much of each allowance is left and the countdown to your next reset.
