Welcome to ReelRise! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with ReelRise mobile application (the "Service", "us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our ReelRise mobile application.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
ReelRise allows users to upload videos that are no longer than 2 minutes (120 seconds). These videos are then analyzed by AI to provide text-based recommendations for improving the videos.
Please note that these recommendations are merely suggestions. Users have the freedom to choose whether or not to apply these recommendations and, if they decide to do so, how to implement them. We do not guarantee that following the recommendations will improve the video or increase its virality if the user publishes the video on any platform. Consequently, we disclaim any responsibility for the outcomes and results users experience after choosing to implement the recommendations.
To use our Service fully, users upload videos from their media gallery. Users retain ownership of their videos. We do not use users' videos for any publications, promotions, or other purposes without users’ explicit consent.
You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any components of the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
You agree not to upload videos that are illegal under the laws of the UAE or any other applicable international laws. This includes, but is not limited to, videos that promote or involve drug use, abuse, harassment, sexual content, or violence in any format.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
